CALL students live with fellow Hoyas from Georgetown’s top undergraduate and graduate programs, gaining access to a brand new community separate from the Hilltop. The newer apartments, amenities, and facilities at 55H are comparable to DC-area luxury apartments but at a lower cost to our students.
Each CALL student is awarded a Pioneer Grant which reduces the cost of housing to be more comparable with Hilltop Residence Halls.
Apartment amenities include:
- Single occupancy bedrooms in 4-bedroom units*
- Full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer
- All utilities and fees are included
- Penthouse level fitness and community center
- Outdoor community space with a grill
*Limited number of single rooms reserved for students with Medical Accommodations
