Transfer First Program
As a transfer student, you’ve likely encountered the traditional campus experience firsthand. I’m grateful to have had the chance to engage in the CALL’s social impact consulting curriculum …[and my] Spanish course enabled me to explore the vibrant cultural milieu of Washington DC through cultural excursions to various neighborhoods and establishments. GU-Q
Every semester, students from our Qatar campus choose to study on the Hilltop or Downtown for a unique study abroad experience. Those students from GU-Q opt to stay Downtown, reside at 55H, and have the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the CALL experience.
You’re always a part of the CALL community!
CALL Alumni Programs
Once students leave our semester-long programs, there are several ways for them to remain involved in the CALL Community through our alumni programs.
Whether or not they choose to participate in an Alumni Program, CALL Alumni are always invited to enroll in CALL courses upon their return to the Hilltop.
CALL Student Ambassadors
- Alumni have the unique opportunity of being employed by the CALL as ambassadors once they return to the Hilltop. Students host CALL events and tablings for Hilltop students to learn more about our programs.
Peer Mentoring Program
- Every semester, CALL students are eligible to apply to become Peer Mentors. They are instrumental in making new CALL students feel welcome, answering questions, and hosting events.
CALL Back Program
- More than one-third of our CALL students love our program and choose to return! With the flexibility of this initiative, CALL students have the option to extend their stay with us for an additional semester or even a full academic year.
